This makes planning so easy…

If you’d like to go from feeling busy and frantic to feeling productive and accomplished, you’re going to love this week’s strategy. It’s all about WHAT you are working on.

Here’s the thing.  I know you work hard. I know you are busy. So busy, in fact, that you find it difficult to find the time to stop and plan. Am I right?

This one strategy dramatically changed my productivity, and I’ve seen it double productivity in my clients. It’s simple, like all my favorite strategies, but don’t underestimate the power of it.

Here it is.

Set monthly goals. You only need a few. Five tops. The key is to make these action item goals. Instead of writing, “Sign five new clients,” focus on the action you would take to get those clients. For example: attend 10 networking events, book a speaking engagement, or publish an article.

Write them down at the beginning of each month and keep them handy. Review your monthly goals EVERY SINGLE DAY as you plan your day.Be sure to include tasks that move you towards your goal every day and you are set.

Now that you’ve got your monthly goals written down, your daily planning will be a breeze. You’ve already done the hard work of figuring out your priories for the month!

So what are you goals next month?
